Required General Foreman for Event & Wedding Planning and Setup

To work for a wedding and events company (Kuwait)

– Experience in event decoration, preferably in wedding setups and receptions

– Knowledge of modern decoration trends, especially in weddings

– Familiarity with floral arrangements and accessories, with attention to detail and timing

– Good understanding of materials and local suppliers in the same field

– Oversee the organization and execution of event decorations

– Ensure all agreed-upon plans are executed to the highest standard

– Manage team schedules and assignments

– Control costs within the approved project budget

– Interact with clients to understand and meet their needs

– Communicate effectively with the team

– Ability to work under pressure and within a team environment

– Must hold a valid Kuwaiti driving license

إلمام بالمواد والموردين في السوق المحلي المتعلق بنفس المجال

 الإشراف على تنظيم وتنفيذ الديكورات
الإشراف على تنفيذ الاتفاقات والخطط المتفق عليها على أكمل وجه
إدارة جداول فريق العمل
إدارة تكاليف العمل ضمن خطة تكاليف المشروع المحددة
التفاعل مع العملاء، وفهم احتياجاتهم و تلبيتها
التواصل والتفاعل مع فريق العمل
القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق والتعامل مع ضغوطات العمل
لديه رخصة قيادة كويتية سارية
