Job Description

Required Sales Manager

Minimum Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration or a related field.
At least 3-4 years of prior experience in Sales within a luxury resort environment preferably with experience in the Maldives or Indian Ocean region.
Familiarity and understanding of PMS/CRS systems used in luxury hospitality.
Comfortable with data-driven decision-making; able to analyze sales trends forecast demand and prepare performance reports.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills with clients partners and internal teams.
