Job Description

Required Human Resources Generalist

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (7-10 years) as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and Kuwait labor laws.
Proficiency with HRIS, payroll systems, and MS Office Suite.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
